By downloading, installing, or using MAI — Your Manifesting AI (the "App") or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAI. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MAI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
MAI is an AI-powered personal wellness and manifestation app designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and intentional living. Through conversational AI, daily intentions, gentle nudges, and personalized guidance, MAI helps you cultivate a more aligned, empowered relationship with yourself and your goals.
MAI is available on iOS through the Apple App Store. Features include AI conversation, mood and nervous system tracking, affirmations, journaling prompts, and daily gentle nudges.

MAI is a personal wellness and self-development application. It is not a licensed mental health service, therapy platform, psychiatric service, or medical provider of any kind. Nothing in the App or generated by the MAI AI constitutes professional mental health treatment, psychological therapy, medical diagnosis, or medical advice.
The content provided by MAI is intended for general wellness, personal growth, and emotional support purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified mental health professionals, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical doctors.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or any medical emergency, stop using the app and contact emergency services (911) or a crisis helpline (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988) immediately.
By using MAI, you acknowledge and accept that the AI-generated content is not professional advice and that you take sole responsibility for how you interpret and act on any content within the app.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or share within the app and for the consequences of doing so. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.
Access to MAI's full features requires a subscription. Here are the key details:
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all MAI features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged $2.99 for the first month.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Because MAI is distributed through the Apple App Store, all purchases and billing are managed by Apple. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's standard refund policies.
We are committed to ensuring your experience with MAI is positive. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please reach out to us before requesting a refund — we'd love the opportunity to help.
All content, features, design elements, trademarks, brand assets, AI models, and technology within MAI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (journal entries, personal reflections, goals, etc.). By using MAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about MAI, you agree that we may use that feedback freely without any obligation or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to us, other users, or the public.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through the App Store settings, or by contacting us at Team@askmai.app to request account deletion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MAI.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app, by email, or by posting an updated effective date. Your continued use of MAI after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
